What is The CORE? The Collaborative of Resources and Empowerment (CORE) is a dedicated space where individuals and families can access coordinated services and support in one central location.

Our Mission: Getting help shouldn’t be complicated. By bringing together trusted community partners, we are making support easier for families across the city to access.
